Polythene tube on common, builders waste

Some brick rubble, several bags of sand a bag of cement and some garden waste were left on verges following clear up of major fly tip. The tube in photo has been thrown into vegetation on common south side of lane, downhill of but close to garden waste on south verge slightly down hill of cement bag.
