Orange barrier in Basingstoke Canal

Hooligans have thrown this barrier into the canal from thr Bridge on Reading Road South. It is lodged in front of a boat called Norman along the canal in the Aldershot direction from the bridge.

  • Someone has now tossed on of the barriers into the canal which will cause a hazard fir the barges. Oh, how I wish they had been collected.

    There are now three there. One under the Reading Road South Bridge, another by Aldershot Road entrance yo the canal and the third on the other side of the canal behind Heatherside School. The authorities don't seem to care.
