Overgrown bushes and fallen branch

The footpath at the end of The Laburnums is blocked by a fallen tree limb. The whole area is overgrown with weeds, brambles and branches of holly hanging over the path at eye height. The fire hydrant sign is not visible. When accessing the park the overgrown bushes block the view and many times I have narrowly avoided being run down by cyclists.

  • Near miss this morning when a cyclist came down the path going into the park as I was exiting. He was going at speed and came off his bike as he swerved to avoid me.
