Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later

This has recently developed and appears to be spreading from a relatively straight line, suggesting a rupture of an underground pipe - either sewerage or water. This is not just normal wetness following rainfall. This land is owned by Hampshire County Council.
