Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later

Yateley Common access from Cemetery or Wyndhams Pool. This morning three sets of paid dog walkers two with 4 dogs and one with 6 dogs all running free causing people to change route to avoid problem with uncontrolled dogs. Lady said she was entitled as Council gave permit for 6 dogs to her. Council should be more responsible and this should be stopped especially in view of recent deaths by dogs.
