    The silver BMW has been scavenged by 3 men and a van but they smashed the car windows which has left glass over the car park.

    The owner (who no longer is a tennant in the apartment block) came back for the land rover but spilt engine oil over the ground and left it a mess. There is also a pile of tyres dumped behind this car.

    Is there anything that can be done? Thank you in advance, FH
