Fast water leak - again - opposite entrance to Hurst Farm entrance

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3987517.

This water leak keeps occurring at the same site and the waste of water is significant. This has nothing to do with the new water main programme which is still ongoing in Winchfield, it is a separate issue which has been reported several times but seems to burst again so a permanent fix has not been achieved
