Bushes/trees obstructing pavement access

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3984001.

The bushes and trees that are in the front garden of 13 Madeley Road, Church Crookham protrude out over the public pavement and obstruct access. Have to walk on grass to pass. In dark and low visibility they cannot be seen and I nearly put my eye out on one this morning. The property owners need to trim them back to allow free access to path.
