Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3976324.

I reported this issue yesterday concerning a silver Ford Galaxy Titanium parked in the visitor/contractor bay outside 2 Whitewater Road. The vehicle has now been collected.The police replied to my report saying that this issue was not within their remit and that I should contact the council?! A vehicle with no road tax and possibly no insurance!!!! Is it the council's responsibility to deal with this? I think not...
