Parents continue to abuse parking on Merivale

Since All Saints school came back from the summer break parents have been ignoring the drop curbs and white H Lines. Not just parking on the white H Lines but also they have openly and knowingly been blocking wholly of partially the driveway openings.
This is during drop off and pickup times + evening events. But also this continues to be an issue at the weekend with playpark visitors.
As residents of Merivale we have been told more than once that parking enforcement officers would patrol the road. So far I see no enforcement. As always it's left to the residents to tackle but sometimes when challenged the parents say "we'll only be 5 minutes" or "you can still get off your driveway" completly ignoring that they are in the wrong and cars don't turn 90 degree angles!
Please either send an officer, offer parking restrictions, double yellow line the side of the road without them or residents will be forced to esculate our response to illegal/inconsiderate parking.

Another owner that doesn't have courtesy to not have their giant SUV overhanging our driveway opening. While the rear wheel is outside of the H-line the huge back end is in our drop curb zone. Visibility zero when pulling off driveway and our cars don't turn at a 90 degrees angle!
