Heated arguments in the street because of parking

People were out of their cars this morning, having a heated argument because of parking. Cars parked on double yellow lines at 08:20 this morning, and traffic backed up along Hawley Road all the way to the church.

  • The same car parks on the double yellow lines at the top of Oakfield Road at 08:20 every school day.
