Blocked drainage culvert water backing up

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3810119.

The drain grid for culvert is full and blocked with tree leaves, branches and general decaying matter, so that the whole culvert is backing up and filling with rainwater
