Lights out of sync

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3783526.

The lights are showing green at the same time and are slightly out of sync. This includes the green man crossing. It was green as i was crossing the road however the traffic lights also turned green.
