Business Owner Flytipping Waste

The owner of RJ Gardening is flytipping his business waste in the area behind his house and neighbours houses by the garages in Glenavon Gardens. This is making it nearly impossible to use the stairs to get through to the cut through to Tudor Drive. There is often different rubbish piled and dumped there. There is also a bag of garden waste and two railway sleepers dumped on the path that cuts through to Tudor Drive.

    More rubbish been there for over a year now. Blocked path with plank holding fence up. No buggy or wheel chair access.
