Silver skoda octavia estate sc55 rrz beparked oppersite tinley gardens on london road for over 2 weeks, elderley gentleman seen getting out of car with large map and walking gear. concerned more for his welbeing than the car. hassecondary steering lock on car and appears to be quite tatty.

This car is not going anywhere with these flat tyres. Who owns this car and why is it abandoned? Causing traffic problems on London Road.
