Garden Waste tipped over fence onto pathway between Band Hall Close and Village. Fence is behind 6 & 7 Band Hall Close. The pile is growing year by year.

  • I have been reporting this problem since fix my street started. Nothing has been done and the pile just gets bigger and bigger.
