Overgrown wisteria plant engulfing street light

Reported via desktop anonymously at 15:43, Sunday 12 June 2022

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later

Position: Streetlight on Sheldon’s Lane between the two roundabouts for Garden Close and Middle Mead. The streetlight is completely engulfed by a (Middle Mead?) resident’s wisteria plant in their back garden. It needs to be pruned back so that the light can be seen.
