Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3540171.

This is now the second week the bins have not been emptied and now there is rubbish blowing around the road.

Recycling bin and glass bin not collected on Friday September 23. Not collected either on Saturday September 24. When is it going to be collected ?
