Large volume of asbestos roof sheeting and white goods. Bagwell Lane is currently truncated due SE Water works so this is URGENT please. Emergency vehicles will not have access to homes at this end of the lane. Asbestos is dangerous. There are no lights on the lane so this will be a hazard for anyone entering the lane at all times of the day. a good citizen has put some cones out to alert people but please get it cleared asap?. thank you
