Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later

Building works at the nursing home is resulting in vehicles blocking the footpath all day / evening and also parking on verge opposite , getting stuck and turning it into a mess

These cars are always parked on the pavement at a busy roundabout. I cannot walk past with a buggy and am forced to walk in the main road, which is dangerous.
