Glass bin not taken

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3231898.

For some reason the bin men didn't take our glass bin away this morning. They took the blue bin, our neighbours blue bin and our neighbours glass bin. Our glass bin has been sat on the verge outside of the house since the evening of Wed 5th, so not quite sure why it's been left.
