Car left dangerously

The car in the photo has been parked on Willowbourne for several weeks, possibly a month and hasn’t moved. It has been left in a dangerous position and has recently been hit by another car and badly damaged. Clearly a very silly place to leave the vehicle. Despite the damage, the vehicle hasn’t been moved, nor has there been any attempt to notify through a note on the windscreen that it will be dealt with.
