Waste Bin Overflowing

Reported via desktop in the Dog waste bin category anonymously at 11:03, Tue 14 December 2021

Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later

The waste bin/dog waste bin on the corner of Stevens Hill - Cobbetts Lane - Round Close is over flowing once again and has not been emptied recently. There is a huge amount of rubbish that has been put in it from the livery yard in Cobbetts Lane as they always dispose of their food sacks in this bin. It was overflowing before the weekend and it was emptied but, despite seeing the waste disposal men emptying the bin in Potley Hill Road, they did not bother to empty this bin. There is a wheel hub cap on the top of the bin too which needs removing. This is a bin that is constantly used by dog walkers who walk around this area and when it gets full people just either don't pick up their dog waste or they simply leave it on top of the bin. Please have this bin emptied as soon as possible. Thank you.
