Cars parking on brow of the hill

Reported via desktop in the Car parking category anonymously at 15:04, Thu 26 August 2021

Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later

Cars and vans from Amber garage parked on the road blocks the view as you go up the incline by the nursery! You can't see what is coming the other direction as they are parked on the brow of the hill! Also parked opposite the entrance to the industrial estate, causing issues for lorries getting in and out onto Sandy Lane! Needs double yellow lines before a nasty accident occurs as people come flying along this piece of road!

  • It’s still getting worse and not helped by the cars parking opposite the entrance to the industrial estate on the brow of the hill and means that lorries cannot turn in and out on Sandy Lane safely!

  • We couldn’t take delivery of urgent parts earlier this week because the lorry couldn’t turn onto the industrial estate to deliver them! There were cars parked opposite the entrance to the industrial estate! Double yellow lines are needed on the hill from Kimberley to past the opening of the industrial estate!!

  • Cars and trucks from the garage parking from Kimberley up to the Business Park making it impossible to see over the brow of the hill and puts you on the wrong side of the road when you can’t see what is coming towards you! Incredibly dangerous and needs double yellow lines ASAP!
