Large branch of a hawthorne tree dragged down The Hollow last night 12th August removing 60 feet ++ garden fending. Left at junction of The Hollow and Heath Lane. This morning it has been dragged across my stable yard gateway precluding access for vehicle or pony carriage! It is apparent that a very large lorry negotiated the Hollow yesterday hitting and dragging the tree down the Hollow taking the garden fence with it. the driver left the branch in the lane so that cars hit the branches as they drove up Heath Lane. Now it is blocking by gateway. Please have it removed as I need to use the yard for deliveries and access in and out with ponies and carriage later today. Signs required at the entrance to the Hollow at both ends to stop HGV's using it to get to the Winery, Pencroft Farm, Crondall, Clare Park Farm etc. There are only 3 houses in The Hollow!

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later

The neighbours are all fed up with large HGV's trying to negotiate this tiny lane and in doing so damaging the trees. Last week it was a 44 tonne lorry ! On going problem now on a daily basis.
