Rat investation

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2927940.

Large Rat infestation in earth banks at side of track to Wyndhams Pool. Bins of flats left open and overflow, being a large contributer to the problem. Rats as big as kittens seen during the day, whilst walking within a few feet.
