Brambles and large plants blocking the pavement

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2926087.

The strip of land beside the pavement has become seriously overgrown with large plants and brambles blocking the pavement. The brambles are at child's eye height.
