Blocked drain outside my property (but not actually on my property) causing flooding every time it rains.

Reported via mobile in the Other (non-highways) category anonymously at 14:39, Tue 27 July 2021

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2894739.

This drain is right outside my front door (59 Morley Close) and is supposed to take the surface water run off from this section of the street. It is completely blocked and therefore every time there is any rainfall my front step floods within minutes and prevents me from getting in or out of the house.

Picture 1 shows the water level in the drain after many days with zero rainfall - only about an inch or so from the surface. Picture 2 shows the proximity from my front door, although the drain itself is not actually on my property.
