Overgrown hedge preventing use of dropped curb.

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later

The hedge is so overgrown it prevents me from using the dropped curb. I am a wheelchair user and I have an Assistance Dog. It forces my dog in the road in order for me to use the dropped curb. The hedge is so much bowing out I can’t safety get to the dropped curb with getting damaged (either myself or clothes) by the hard bits of the hedge scratching me. It won’t be long before I can’t get round at all and I will have to use the dropped curb by the postbox requiring me to use the road, which I have to do when I come back from my walk. This is not safe for me or my dog. I have raised this before so please get this sorted.
