Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later

Hedge of holly and thorns over hanging footpath you have to walk on road/grass children can get there face scratched

Holy and hawthorn now growing further over path at no2 meadow way if this catches my grandsons face or mine like last year i will be claiming from council or house
