Drains blocked and overflowing

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later

These drains have been blocked for ages. Water mud everywhere.. someone came out and stayed 10 mins and put a rod down. NO that dud not solve the problem. Whatever is down the drain needs removing not just moving around. It need sorting ASAP please

All fixed. Needed a bit more doing than the first time they came out. All ok now.
