Broken manhole cover on corner of pavement

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later

Broken.

Had small hole, dog trod on it, more fell off, could be dangerous if some one fell in hole or got stuck eg in dark or visually impaired person or a pet.

I do not know whose manhole cover it is. Perhaps the council/fix my street recognise the logo
