Bins not being collected

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later

It's been 2 weeks now and our bins have not been collected and are now over flowing. Our black general waste is now being overspilled and having to go into the recycling. The tips are fully booked up and cannot accept anyone new for at least the next two weeks. If they are not being collected because of contamination there should be a sticker left on the bin or a notice to say so. We have had no such thing so I cannot understand why the bins are not being collected.
