Large spillage of engine oil

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later

There is a spillage of engine oil on the verge, its on the grass and all over a BT manhole cover, but the oil is on the road too and probably making it slippy

The council interpreted this as being on Hawthorn Rise, is it not, it is on Griffin way (as per the pin)
