Trailer appears abandoned, has been there for one week. Obstructing driveway access and pavement. Unlit and facing oncoming traffic

  • This has nearly caused an accident as it stopping cars being able to pass safely with the angle it is at and cars parked on driveways on the other side of the road

  • Trailer moved 20 yards up the road on 12th January, obstructing pavement on same side

  • The trailer has been moved and is now blocking the entire pavement, I watched as a wheelchair user had to go into the road to go round it.
