Overflowing waste bins at underpass and wharf picnic area. Larger bins needed.

Updates

After every weekend bin is overflowing. Please please provide larger bin. A more enclosed design would also be a positive.

Yes bin emptied. But why has number of bins not been increased. This is a much used communal space. I know the public should take their rubbish home but as they don’t please supply more than 1 small bin on the wharf area.
