Sent to Hart District Council less than a minute later

Cars are parking on the junction bellmouth blocking visibility left and right when attempting to turn from Jolly Miller Close onto Hook Road. The car on the left has been parking here for some months. Different cars seem to park on the right of the bellmouth as well now that makes joining Hook Road quite dangerous.
