Illegal waste rubish tip being alowed to continue by vivid homes ,continues van loads of rubish back and forward all hours off day/ night burning on a nightly /daily basis harmful chemicals and materials being burnt on site the council should be investigating this as residents health and safety are at a risk its an environmental mess /discrase someone should be being held to account for this .
